Had you been MM what action would you have advocated?

Personally from the point of the Buisness I would of built a case for Gross Misconduct, Bringing the club in to disrepute and failing to carry out his duties.

Club Captain, Goes out drinks too much and doesn't sort the younger members of the team out before a major catastrophe, Gets himself injured in the process and unable to fulfil his Contract needs.

His career is not over as he now has a contract as a footballer. I would of negotiated a smaller contract whilst recovering, If that could not of been reached, I would of offer redundancy.

Kicking him out of the club is Gregorian with no final payment in all his years of service, But the rate could of been agreed before sacking him. You can't sack one person and not the other 2 when he was not in charge of the vehicle.

As for MM it's not just a failing in the Keogh case...

    EFL Case is a failing.

Embargo case for 18 Months is a failing

Making Fans sign an NDA is a failing

Signing and sacking Numerus managers is a failing.

Handling of The fake Sheiks is a failing.

Lying to the fans is a failing

Buying players and selling them at a fraction of the price is a failing (That hurt his own money)

Refusing to speak to the Fans is a failing.

The ticket office operation is a failing.

Not providing HMRC accounts is a failing.

How anyone can think that his tenure has not been a failing I will never know. Yes he invested in the Club and I feel sorry for him but at the end of the day he can't sell the club to anyone as it's under an embargo with no sign of an end. He cannot sit there with Radio silence when the fans are still turning up every week to support that dross, when your local radio aren't even being told what's going on you know there is an issue somewhere. He needs to front it now and move on, The deafly silence is worse than what we are facing with the EFL.

I keep reading this and I still don’t know what this means ?

    Basically,

Companies house have Forced the Strike off (Removal as a limited company) as it's compulsory.

If it is a Voluntary Strike off (Again Removal of a limited company) it means Mel has removed it as he is retiring from the company or Liquidating the company as it is no longer needed.

So either he has refused to Submit accounts for the 2 companies or the companies have not been used for trading since the last set of submitted accounts.

  3. Normally A Compulsory Strike off is for a Unfilled accounts and un-used companies by Companies house.

This is not a Voluntary Strike off.  This isn't Mel retiring it is companies house which has arranged this instead of a Liquidation as the Company in un-used or refused to submit accounts.

    How old is your daughter?

9 now and she loves going. She’s a Tom boy and plays football so now she loves watching it. So for me it’s a win win

I keep telling her don’t support us because I do but she does support Derby, I am from Ashbourne so I don’t have a choice she’s born in London and still supports this dross.. so good luck to her ?

  5. I know a lot of the boys on here from Nigel clough days…

    Angry Ram , RammieB, Rams69

when we had 200 crowds at Ipswich and things and I think that the 200 at Ipswich tried harder than the 1600 at Peterborough..

im only saying that us fans make a difference. At least now the fans are back together.
it’s a lot more personal and enjoyable because maybe the rubbish fans from playoffs are gone.
I slept outside at pride park in the QPR final as I spent the whole season without a season ticket.
im kinda glad the old regime is back

Oh dear, you haven't seen him play have you.

No mate and I admit that. I lost love of Derby since the Nigel clough era.
I know that sounds weird but I went home and away in the clough era but I had kids and felt disconnected from the club since then.
I even went to Malaga with them.
    but watching them

now and feeling they need me more than ever I’m starting again I guess.
but I have to say I do not think I see Solomon as the future but if I’m wrong I’m wrong mate

Needs another season to develop physically. Next season he should be ready to step up and offer backup to Bielik, Bird and Knight in our midfield 2.

I love Cashin. One of those players like JBrown who you need in your team.

You also have to remember Solomon is 2 years younger.

Borkovic. Another who had injury troubles last season. I recall he was training with the first team last pre-season. Started that U18 season on fire with 2 and 3 assists in the first 2 games. Definitely one to watch out for.

No offence but Solomon will never make a CB for Derby. Unless we carry on not being able to buy anyone but he really is nowhere near 23’s he’s a liability for Cashin

Borkovic played and scored for under 18s Saturday and then played best part of 90 minutes again tonight. Just come back from injury too.

    Excellent ball control.

I liked him angie very good.. confidence, good feet, work rate.. enjoyed watching him.

Liam Thompson?? Good little player him

  9. I travel 2 hours every game. I stopped due to kids and wife for 4 years…

I will now go back to my usual season with my daughter and enjoy thick and thin.
after COVID, and not being able to go every week due to family stuff from life down in London I’m back and I’ll go home and away. Win, lose or draw and I'm Expecting losses more than wins I’ll travel home and away.

just because this season Derby need the money, Derby need the support so I’ll do my part to try and help and I’ll sing my heart out in a hope we will win and we make a difference.
not much else to cheer for at the moment so I’ll cheer in the stands

I’ll be renewing but did start to waver after losing so tamely and gutlessly on Saturday.

come on Ellafella I liked your posts…

not in it for the management we’re there for the team. Team DCFC nothing else. If we all buy our tickets we will be able to make it through this season and await a buyer…

I’m sure you will choose the right decision

I feel more of the problem with jozwiak is he’s homesick tbh and his girlfriend ir wife is still in Poland.

All the stuff you hear about players missing this and that.. let’s be honest if you wasn’t in the country with you wife/ GF it would make you think more wouldn’t it.
not defending him but I spent months away in Iraq without mine I’m sure it effected my mental state

  12. That Liam Thompson is a good player. good enough to step up with shinnie

Cashin is different class future centre back.. I would prefer Cashin over Solomon any day.

keeper done well unlucky due to players around him. But not tall enough for the First goal maybe that’s his down fall.

the under 18 left side  borcahvich ?
good player good feet better than Joswiak and that’s not to cause problems he’s better

Now that it costs to watch, has the quality improved to justify such?............plus I think I've probably had more fun trying to log on and watch the game on every gadget in the house, I'm going to try logging on to the kettle next and then I'm off to do something less boring instead...........goodbye the U23's, it was a pleasure whilst it lasted.

Surely I'll still get to see the highlights of the game on Rams TV later on or tomorrow etc, or are they charging for that also?

    I haven’t paid a thing and I’m watching lol
