Only recently you wrote "The only way Warne even begins to be a success as the manager or Head Coach of Derby County is if he secures us a promotion"
Thats all he can achieve at the moment, anything else is an unfair KPI to level at him given he isn't even in that position.

If as you said he gets promoted this season, he is successful in his job to date, you can only take one step at a time.

So you don't know what was said, when it was said, but you believe it could show a breakdown in a relationship between PW and Sibbo ? Anyone who has played or managed football, will know it's an emotional and competitive game, even if they did have an exchange of views, it's something that happens all the time.

We seem to be scraping the bottom of the barrel now in ways to bash the manager, not that I'm complaining, long may it continue as it shows there isn't much to go at 😊

You would have hated Sir Brian’s public comments. He might have been straightforward but he didn’t sugar coat his views in the way you suggest. Neither did his son at times. And there were fans in both eras who were critical of that despite the success that Brian in particular brought. Football, most professional sport, is a tough environment. Sink or swim.
We have, whether we like it or not, a manager who on his own admission gives wordy answers to questions, answers that are (thankfully in my view) mostly anything other than couched in football speak.  It’s a style you clearly dislike. I don’t, partly because we (and the players) get to know what he’s thinking and partly because he comes across as honest - honest in the views he expresses and honest in what he is as a person. I would bet quite a lot that he’s exactly the same in Moor Farm and at home with his family away from journalists asking daft questions just after a match. What you see is what you get.
You - players, fans, Mrs Warne - don’t have to like it and in which case move away or don’t listen. But all the good managers I’ve worked for have largely been true to themselves and their personal style, including in their public utterances.

Depends on what you define as abuse, an example is as below using a quick search. Wouldn't bother me, personally as it goes both ways, but

Love the old “supporters” quote. As if the only way you can support a football team is blind faith that things will work. If anything, it’s people like you who aren’t the true supporters. I want the best for the team, which is Warne going - you clearly don’t.

We just must be very different, if we were a prem club with a prem squad beating league 1 clubs every week then I would be with you on the bored and hollow victories bit but we arnt and it’s all relative , in my mind we are a club that’s been decimated and are trying to fight our way back up and I’m really invested in that fight , my worry is if/ when we ever get back to the prem will I find competing to stay up or top 8 spot at best year on year all a bit boring and hollow 🤷🏻‍♂️

Not impossible but unikely I'd say.
I did post on another thread recently about a conversation I'd been party to in 1989 with one of the 1971/72 league winners who when asked what he though of Brian Clough said most of the time he couldn't stand him. Probably some truth in that but a whole lot of caveats as well.
I'm not using this one reaction to advance an argument one way or another, I just thought it was worth mentioning as we were probably the only Derby fans to hear Warne's reaction.

But it's not instructive if you don't know was said. Also, as @Returning ram says, football is an emotional game and players will, from time to time, disagree and have a bit of a rant at the coaching staff and their fellow players.
One alleged in game fall out between Sibley and Warne isn't necessarily an indication of their ongoing relationship.
I'm not sure what the comment about the fourth official has got to do with this mini debate.

Show me where I keep going on about your opinion. In fact show me the last time we had any interaction, it will have been months because I have avoided having any discussions on the forum for quite a while because all I seem to get in return is snotty replies.
I have posted twice on this whole thread (prior to this one) once with what Warne fully said about Sibley's goal, as to me it seemed as though you hadn't watched the interview and had only read part of it which did seem like Warne was calling Sibley, and the other was in response to that post, where you are having a dig at Warne for having a joke, that clearly he has already had with Sibley prior to the interview. In my opinion, Warne wouldn't have made the joke if Sibley did not take it the way it was meant to, you know, as a joke.

Maybe worth reading this from Pep, https://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/guardiola-has-not-become-more-fearful-of-giving-youth-a-chance-he-always-only-wanted-the-best/5t55a41xo1q510japwc6zvdjn
No one is saying if they are good enough don't play them, but they need to prove themselves first, not just give 10 mins because they are young...

Foden as an example ? An exceptional talent, that doesn't come along very often.
Bobb, signed in 2019 and made his debut in 2023, Cole palmer ? The one he sold to make way for Doku ?
All 3 are exceptional players, but have also progressed at every level including internationals during that period, there are so many more that aren't used because, quite simply they aren't considered good enough (yet). Pep integrates players that he expects to play as well as other established players in his team, not just to give them minutes...hence why Delap for example was loaned out.

Still emphasises the point being made. A manager being crucified from all angles for underperforming in the league, is now being asked to play academy players to give them minutes.

If they are good enough they will get their opportunity, 10 mins here and there won't speed that process up.

Possibly the worst example you could have chosen. Guardiola has the luxury of being Pep Guardiola, legendary coach and manager of the richest club in the world who have many games a season where they have the points sewn up by half-time, yet who still (in the eyes of many) held back the career of Foden by not giving him more game time when he was clearly ready for it.
Your point about gradually increasing the game time of young players is well made, but whilst a youngster might be forgiven by our fans for "having a mare", Warne would absolutely get it in the neck without hesitancy from many for any consequential lost points, so I understand why he's cautious.
