"**** is an English word that is usually considered vulgar and profane in Modern English. As a noun it refers to fecal matter (excrement) and as a verb it means to defecate or defecate in; in the plural ("the *****") it means diarrhea. ***** is also a common variant in British English and Irish English.[1] As a slang term, it has many meanings, including: nonsense, foolishness, something of little value or quality, trivial and usually boastful or inaccurate talk, or a contemptible person. It may also be used as an expression of annoyance, surprise, or anger, and has other usages as well."

Midfielder Stephen Pearson's contract at Derby is also likely to be cancelled by mutual consent, which will allow him to sign for Bristol City.

Pearson's deal is also up in the summer and he is wanted by City, where he is currently on loan.

His loan spell is up after City's game against Millwall tomorrow night.

"Stephen is in a similar situation to Stephen Bywater," said Rams manager Nigel Clough.

"I think to make a clean break is best for everybody rather than do a loan to the end of the season."

Pearson's 78th-minute strike for City ruined Southampton's 25-match unbeaten home record on Friday, much to the delight of manager Derek McInnes, who wants to keep the Scot at Ashton Gate.

"Stephen has to first go back to Derby to sort some things out at that end. Our hope is that those talks go well," said McInnes.

"Stephen has been good for us and is the right type of player and character.

"He likes to get forward, is a good athlete and is always getting beyond Nicky Maynard. He has scored two goals during his time with us but it could have easily been five or six.

"He has helped make us stronger, has fitted in really well and become an important part of the team."

Hopefully deal completed this week ( fingers crossed )

So we can bring our targets in but I wouldn't imagine anyone signing till after the palace game 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

COYR

Yep, Clough has said previously that a lot depends on the cup round, if we're still in we might not want to take a cup-tied player, on the other hand if the selling/loaning club is still in then they might want to keep the player the squad cover.
