So that’s some consolation for our failure at least. We could sneak up. But Leeds and Leicester would get £120 mill each over the next 3 years because they have had more than one year in the Prem. Florists would have to survive on £33 mill for each of the next 3 years. They all have payers they could cash in with and other players like Burnley have. Ipswich at home would be an easy game next season. So be careful what we wish for. The whole parachute club is one Big Fix. But it could be pretty rubbish when these high flying championship clubs spank lowly derby (which, let’s face it, we will still be m, in the middle of a rebuilding process having got promoted by the skin of our teeth).
