Red_ram
Yeah great read that, thanks. Largely reaffirms what everyone knew but with some nice detail.

Cisse
I doubt there ever will be another manager that gets so close to my heart as Jim Smith. Not only because of his success with us but somehow the goodness of the man got through by watching and reading about him.

Josh
About time we had a stand named after him, along with other legends, I’ve said this before, but I’m old school and clubs rely on the sponsorship of stands these days.
Comrade 86
So much love out there still for the great man. He just seemed to fit Derby perfectly and the club, the fans and the city really took to him to their hearts. I think the term 'legend' has become a tad ubiquitous these days but Jim earned that status in spades, least to my mind. Gone but certainly not forgotten. As much as I agree with you, I also think we need to generate as much money as possible at the moment.
