I remember a sixpenny mix, I used to get the sixpenny mix and 10 No 6 out my dinner money, happy days.

10 No 6?

I'd get bored eating the same Chinese meal that many times.

2.4 Old pence was 1 new pence.

The good old days

500,000 for Colin Todd and Sam Longson didn’t even know Brian Clough had spent it.

Half a million for Toddy would have been a bargain, which makes the £175000 that we paid for him seem like outright robbery.

Didn't we sell him to Everton for around 200k?

Very close mate

He was actually sold in September 1978 by Tommy Docherty to Everton for 300k and he achieved 27 England caps.

He helped Birmingham City to get promotion in 1980

The most shocking statistic is only 27 England caps.

Toddy would never have pussied out of that challenge against Poland in 1973 like Norman hunter did.
