RoyMac5
Thinking of replacing our 3 year old Nissan Note with a small SUV. Need something that will hold a reasonable amount of work kit in the boot. Been thinking of test driving a Seat Arona they seem to have decent spec and aren't a silly price (under £18k). Does anyone have any recommendations?

I reckon. Just checked on carwow: "The Kona’s exterior looks a bit like a granny wearing a multicoloured shell suit and hiking boots – it’s eye-catching and rugged but not hugely stylish." That's a selling point?! But thanks, I like the idea of 5 yr warranty and I'm in no way 'on trend' myself.
Gypsy Ram
I love my Jeep wrangler. Not sure how much it costs in the UK. But it's a small and relativity cheapish SUV in the gulf. I like the look of a Honda CRV, Kia Sportage not bad as well. Subaru forester looks awesome. Again not sure of the prices. https://www.caranddriver.com/flipbook/the-15-cheapest-new-suvs-and-crossovers-of-2017
Day
Are you after something that gets you from A to B, or something that will excite and thrill you but might break down on the way?

Err we loved the Nissan Note, sat nav & dab, auto wipers & lights, big boot space and sliding back bench for more room. Not very thrilling but it has been (for us) very reliable. #toooldforthrills

Look no further than a hyndai and the Subaru. Quality 4x4 at around 18 grand. That's what I would drive in the UK.

Nice thing and the right money too. Hummm, OH worked for Ford in the past, so we're a bit biased too. Had a Fusion for 10 years (we was poor living dahn sarf!) and really liked it. As I said I'm too old now for exciting, just want value and safety - although a little bit of sparkle wouldn't go amiss.
