RamsPolls
As an avid Derby County fan. I sometimes sit and wonder into space and think what could have happened if Zamora had scuffed that shot in the last minute at wembley? Or what if Rob Green didn't have a worldie that day. If we were promoted that day at wembley, where would we be now? Personally I think we'd be a firm mid-table prem side with European ambitions (Europa league). Would we still have Mac as manager? I'm not so sure. Where do you think we'd be? That day at Wembley can only be classed as bad luck. Keogh (As much as I hate him) wasn't to blame. It could have been anyone who missed that ball and we would also place blame on them. Think about it - if we had been promoted that day, would we be in the mess that we're in today? Probably not. Would we be arguing about what manager should rescue this team and rekindle this squad. Again probably not. It's all very fine margins. If only Zamora missed that shot. So where do you think Derby County would be today if Zamora had missed?
JuanFloEvraTheCocu'sNesta
I think we would be a yo-yo club with a bit more cash in the bank.
RoyMac5
We'd have probably lost on penalties.

TBH I never really felt we looked like winning it - so I wasn't that pissed off. But then I thought we'd strengthen and be better for it the next season, lol. brady1993
In all honesty with a couple of top quality players, I think we would have established ourselves as a premier league club.

ariotofmyown
What if Wolves had beaten Boro on the last day of the season in early 90s.

At times he can be good, but he's far to rash in his judgements, Reading at home 14/15 season. When their striker ran through on goal he went diving in at the last minute and the striker just stood still and watched Keogh glide past. Was almost comical. But if you truly support Derby Co you can't HATE the captain surely?

This is what I find odd with fans now wishing for 4-3-3, just like played under Mac.

If it was up to me he wouldn't be captain pal. Just not fond of the bloke or his defending. His passion I can't fault. And last year under Clement he was a real rock and looked unbeatable. But i'm afraid he just isn't as good as people make out.
ITSD
I think we'd have won in extra time, been promoted to the premier league, had a good first season and a dodgy second season.
MackworthRamIsGod
We would have got promoted, signed Zamora and a free and he would go on to score the own goal at the end of the season that resigned us to relegation. One way or another he was going to haunt us.
Muskination
What if West Ham hadn't broken the rules and Sheff Utd had got promoted? What if QPR hadn't broken the rules and Derby had got promoted? What if Rick Astley broke the rules and did give you up one day?
