The day before Super Bowl my heart rate stays between 120-162. Yes. It has been tested. So I do what ever it takes to get my mind of the game. sage Posted February 7, 2016 Share Posted February 7, 2016 At the Junior School we have launched a new reward system where the kids get points for displaying the 12 core values of the school, They are (if i can remember them) Honesty, Cooperation, Resilience, Friendship, Respect, Tolerance, Patience, Empathy, Understanding, Independence, Empathy, Appreciation.
