Simple really, which is your preferred option today? A great performance and somehow draw 0-0, or probably deserve to lose and win 1-0?

Doesn't matter. The lines for battle have already been drawn. Either of those scenarios will send the forum into meltdown - even the best performance for years and a 6-0 win will do nothing but paper over the cracks, according to some.

For today its all about the result with the hope we put in some spells at least where we play well and will give us something to build on.

I dont think you can expect a great performance, given recent performances and no doubt team confidence will be lower than usual.

It has to be the points as Hull and Burnley are both hitting form and we can't afford to lose any more momentum. Hopefully the confidence a win will bring will have a positive impact on performance going forward.

In fairness, I did not know that TheHomunculusWasIll, good news indeed.

I agree with you, THL
