I am to easly distracted I will cause an accident or worse kill someone.

Is the same risk not there with the kung fu that you do? one day walking through town, the next minute you see a face you don't like say Stephen Warnock and karate chop his head off?

Very true, when was the last time you went for a drive just for the fun of it?

A hell of a long time ago - probably when petrol went past £1 a gallon.

Lovely little village - one end of the Battlefield Railway. I didn't know that Les was buried there.

It's great. Apart from paying for the insurance, road tax, petrol / diesel, repairs, servicing yadda yadda yadda...

I've just bought a "new" car about 4 hours ago. That's 220 quid a year gone for the next 5 years plus the credit card taking a grand pounding.  All just to get to work and back.

Driving very quickly loses its fun.
