I am sure Mac wants to win this, so he will pick a strong back four - if he is fit Shotton will play at right back to give Christie a break, and Sir Jake will return. Omar to boss the midfield, and I think he will start with JR and Dawks, but scare them to buggery in the last 30 with Ibe and Calero. We will win by 2 clear goals in a high scoring open game, I will sing loudly and get pissed up (not necessarily in that order) and we will get a high profile home draw in the quarters.
