Check spam folders And beat in mind they have to send thousands and their mail server will most likely be queuing the mails. I had the reactions of a cat and was waiting to be put through for about 8 minutes. Managed to get 4 tickets together in block 527 on the halfway line. Absoloutely buzzing!
