Derby County v Doncaster Rovers

Fookin love that!

Close game, both teams went for it, we were far more clinical. The stats absolutely back that up.

I love the player average position indicator. Shows Doncaster were just as aggressive as us and how well the team try to link with Martin which is exactly what you see at the game.

The passing, they matched us really. Same average pass streak, we made more passes but 30%of the game was in their 3rd and 28% in ours.

86% pass success

Most the lads are high 80's but Forsyth and Martin are below that. 79% and 65%.

Mani love **** like this. This website needs to be seen. Much better stats than the basics. Tell a story that better reflects what's actually happened.

Someone with faster fingers, a quicker mind and not on the iphone should make a thread based on this site so it actually gets the views.

On our main page you get a great run down on our stats and our strengths

Short passing

Controlling game in opponents half

Attack down the left

Possession football

Please no 442 survival mode to end the season!

EIEIEIO!

Just a quick afterthought. How different was Martin's goalscoring opportunity for the penalty different to Dawkins opportunity v Blackpool

one red card and the other not even a booking.

There was a covering defender for Donny. Also the ref yesterday wasn't the best.

Yes there were more defenders about but he was 8 yards out with no defender in a direct line between him and the goal. The decision was red or yellow. Could have accepted a yellow, but to give nothing was very poor.

Yep. the ref was dreadful. He must have missed 9-10 clear fouls by Donny players. Two in 5 seconds and Keogh was fouled when he was injured.

Still in disbelief on that throw in he gave the wrong way in the first half.

They should have shown the 30-odd pass move after we went 1-0 up as well, but I guess they couldn't spare the 5 minutes that we held/passed the ball around for.....!

Yeah - it was Forsyth's cross for Ward, an absolute peach of a ball in, really couldn't have played it any better.

Agreed yellow card should have been given.

The 2nd of those fouls looked like a 2 footed challenge over the top of the ball. Martin was very lucky to get up after that. The FLS show made a big thing in the match commentary for QPR vs Leicester game for 2 challenges that were no where near as bad as that. (In my eyes anyway)
