So what is the best goal we have seen at home since we moved there? Teams scored against us are also eligible. From the top of my head:- Matt Oakley vs West Brom Promotion season (there is also a similar Brayford goal) Kris Commons vs Man Utd I'm sure a couple of Idiakez' free kicks would be up there? Also remember a Cywka goal from the edge of the box? Nani in FA Cup a few seasons ago? Might be rejected cause i remember an ott celebration for saying it was prem vs champ Sure there are others that are escaping me! Sorry if this thread has been made before! I remember Ravanelli scoring a brilliant free kick for us in his first game, as well as Thierry Henry scoring one against us the same season. Petrovs from halfway when Villa beat us 5-0 probably would be the best. Jeff Hendricks half volley last season is the best one I can think of more recently. Duracell Posted October 22, 2013 Share Posted October 22, 2013 Ben Davies against Leeds for me, purely for technique. He was leaning back and he didn't even catch it central to his boot. It looked like an optical illusion - everything about the way he kicked it told you it should have been heading out of the ground, but it never rose at all. It just hovered into the net. Brilliant.
