Underground Ram got a reaction from Ellafella in How good is NML
Tin man probably my favourite ever rams player (been going since 83). And NML does indeed remind me of Ted. Best player this season with Wildsmith and Cashin. There’s nothing like quality wing play in a game

What’s hard to accept is that post-admin was the best chance we’ll ever have to let a manager build the squad he wants. No players hanging around from previous managers, no players that don’t want to be here, a chance to go and get whoever you want. And we’ve decided that after 10 games to bin all of that, and we’re now in exactly the same mess we’ve been in various stages of for the last decade or so.
We had almost no players a couple of months ago, and we’re already talking about clear outs and rebuilds and stuff. It’s monumentally bad management.

Underground Ram reacted to Red Ram in Lincoln v Derby (A) Matchday Thread
Look at what's happened to other 'big' clubs when they go down to League One. Sheffield Wednesday, Sunderland, Ipswich, Forest etc. The evidence shows clubs like ours generally don't bounce back at the first attempt.
That doesn't mean it shouldn't be the aim but it does mean that Rosenior shouldn't be considered to have 'failed' if we don't do it. A top 10 finish is success given what the club's been through recently.

Underground Ram got a reaction from EtoileSportiveDeDerby in Colin Kazim-Richards - Signed for Fatih Karagümrük
Fantastic comments by a superb professional, will be missed. Shows that some footballers have humility and brains. Massive respect.

Underground Ram reacted to simmoram1995 in Mel Morris interview on Radio Derby 1pm
So had time to reflect on his interview yesterday.
My opinion of the bloke has not changed in the slightest on a number of grounds
1st - he had to have pliers pulling out an apology from him that sounded forced , cold and meaningless
2nd- justification for overspending was other teams that got promotion mostly did it great way to be a sustainable club you bald pillock
3rd- basically admitted gambling on Derby’s future at the expense of a buyer potentially returning with another offer
4th - complete liar and bullshitter licking Rooneys ass as a coach but doesn’t have the spine or guts to tell him straight or inform him about the administration
5th- complaining about COVID multiple times and whining and not taking any responsibility unless pressured to by Dawes
that’s just 5 points and there’s many more

Underground Ram got a reaction from i-Ram in Sheffield United v Derby County match day thread
Good on yer for taking on the thread challenge.
bring back Derby blood I say. Nowt wrong with a bit of honesty. He’s been calling out Mel for a longtime. I normally more of a reader than a contributor but I always follow these threads.

Underground Ram reacted to Ruud Aralliss in Sheffield United v Derby County match day thread
Due to circumstances beyond his control my good friend @Derby blood is unable to forfill his match thread duty and asked me to fill in. He also asked me to say his comments about Mel were down to emotion and his love for Derby County.
Anyways…
The mighty Rams take on Sheffield United at Bramell Lane on Saturday 25th. 3pm kick off.
After everything that’s gone on we still managed to outplay a highly respected Stoke side. The players were fantastic and the support was amazing. If we as fans can take that to Sheffield and the players show the same class, we shouldn’t be afraid of anyone in this league. Off the pitch is for another thread.
So let’s outplay and outsing the blades on Saturday. As the ultimate measure of a team is not where we stand in moments of comfort, but where we stand in times of challenge.
COYR!!!

Underground Ram reacted to Steve Buckley’s Dog in Missing Supporters
It’s farcical if you haven’t got a printer, internet access or a smart phone. As I have put on another thread, the impact our shambolic ticketing policy is having on a certain demographic of our support is far greater than people on here seem to realise. If we had sold our season tickets before the season, like every other club, and issued season ticket cards then I think we would have another couple of thousand at least on the gate.
Other factors, such as the club not communicating properly with fans and the absolute shambles that it has become has certainly disenfranchised a lot of people.
I am quite enjoying the back to the wall siege mentality personally and am enjoying the greater bond between players and fans and the recognition of where we are as a club and the greater effort on display. I am sure that more will return once we have new owners but fear that COVID combined with mismanagement will have cost us more who will never return.
