His offer in early May wasn't enough to keep u sin the League leave alone to avoid 15 points deduction. Dunno what his next offer was but if he waited eight months to come up with a pathetic offer like his first one I won't be holding my breath over Ashley.

So he is coming in to tell other qualified administrators how to do their job, they should meet him at the door and tell him to return to Preston as his help is not needed or indeed helpful.

My point is that all parties have agreed a floor price with the CK deal. That means they will not accept anything lower.

So there are no more negotiations to be had. Either you meet the floor price or bugger off.
And the CK deal will only fall through if he turns out to be a proven criminal and his funds seized. As soon as they clear and hit the bank- it’s done- he’s the owner.

CK will be the next owner of Derby County, unless someone else decides to outbid him.

So all this bluster from the PR departments are meaningless.

I admire your confidence that CK’s money will arrive. But as for other Div 1 clubs rooting for us -I don’t know . An extra 1,000 away fans once a season isn’t going to make much difference to them. We have been up for sale now for months and not sold for the price of a mediocre bench warming full back in the prem. We might think we are “Massive” but I feel the rest of the football familly don’t give a monkeys.

Getting pretty tiresome with the media posts about Ashley (or anyone else) just wanting to be the clubs savior, and how he is ready to go. Bollocks.
There is an accepted offer on the table, that has been agreed to by all parties. That sets a floor price.

Yet negotiations are still open, because of the reasons reported. So all he (or anyone else)has to do is match or (more likely) beat the current accepted offer- then he becomes the next owner of Derby County. It’s simple. There are no deals to be had here. A floor price has been established by all parties- so now it’s just best bid wins.

And the fact he(or anyone else) is not just coming forward with an acceptable offer tells me they are not that serious about being the next owner.

Yes it has occurred to them that they might be responsible which is why they are so keen to blame everyone else but themselves.

They have to, they won’t let us start the season if we can’t prove that we can fulfil our fixtures.

The administrators cannot accept an offer by law which doesn't meet the minimum requirement for lifting the club out of administration not HMRC.

One of the consistently most vocal critics of Q has been Krasner, who was Wigan's administrator  Wigan's admin took 9 months and they went through three preferred bidders. Wigan didn't have EFL charges or Boro and Wycombe claims to deal with. Not sure that Q are doing any worse a job than he did.

Sorry but if the EFL are thinking along those lines they simply expel us from the league and not get involved in insolvency actions but they are cowards and dare not do that, they don't want to be seen as authors of our demise.

To say Trevor Birch an EFL board member will have an active role in this with him being an insolvency practitioner raises a huge Red flag regarding conflicts of interest.

Shirley the EFL statement can also be simply interpreted as:
    (1) Q - stop stalling & waiting for CK, and speak openly to others; and
    (2) MA - if you want the club, you have to pay the price to satisfy the creditors (i.e. match CK) to get the EFL share. Otherwise, bye bye.

Anyway I like that Birch knows about administration.

There is and if that isn't met then the administrators take the next step of putting the club into liquidation. To me it seems MA has been onto the EFL because his offer doesn't meet that.

Apologies as you're new to this forum but this discussion has been had over many times on here...if the HMRC are the largest creditors then they will decide ultimately whether to accept an offer or not and if they don't think it's enough then isn't it their prerogative to then say the club gets liquidated?
There's must be a minimum value set to all of these precedings?

There is another way to look at their statement (having the interests of the club at heart yeah right) they don't want to be the organisation that sees the club removed from the league but if Quantuma liquidate us then the EFL can say they tried everything possible to save the club.

Next time a club gets in financial trouble then they don't appoint administrators then they just refer the matter to the EFL to sort out a new owner. Jeez!!!!
