Load of tosh from the commentator. Pre season is all about building patterns ready for next season which starts in 2 weeks. Wayne said this new style but this looks like the same towards the end of last season but even worse. 

Whoever said we look like the team from the last 15 games last season was spot on. 

Players have got to get closer to ckr we need another 2 centre forwards to go with him as well as I wouldn’t want to play him more than 2 games in a row. At least we are creating good chances the only worry is non of them are natural finishers who and the front 4 won’t score any more than 6 a piece maybe Lawrence if he stays fit for the season and ckr 

You just ask yourself though where are the goals coming from again this season with the lineup. Have any had double figures in the last 5 years?

See the difference carroll makes early on to a shinnie where you either play bird or shinnie with someone like a carroll or bielik missed that creativity towards the end where shinnie and bird just ain’t creative enough

Took the words out of my mouth if sibley was played in a number 10 and given freedom over a season he’d get double figures for goals if he got a regular starting place 

Steve Nicholson reporting the bid and that Derby have no intention of selling him. He has an option of another year on his deal. 

Especially after what they did to us with Antonio we bid more than other clubs and they rejected and then sold him to West Ham for less than we bid. You don’t sell to local rivals. Keep him on and then in the season when hopefully a takeover is sorted negotiate a new contract. We’ve got a year to get it done and him sign. You’ve got the likes of West Ham and Arsenal looking at him. Guarantee he will go there and be sold for 15 million in a year or two 

I have no faith in the Americans taking over the club tbh it’s dragging on and if this goes on over the transfer window they would potentially buy the club with 11 players plus reserves and no centre backs. If that’s the case I’d fear more for survival this season than last season and in which we are a greater risk this season then. 

Wow listening to interview if the upstairs don’t sort this out we can’t sign anybody. Even worse looks like the American people are way off looking at reports

Shows why they are down at the basement then. No way in heaven or earth i would play hutchinson on the wing. He would absoluteley wasted out wide. Then again thats normally a Derby thing to do and play people out of position so we will probebly play him on the wing.

Dont see how you can compare the 2 when they play different positions. Aluko is a winger and hutchinson is a cdm/box to box. Hutchinson was good as was aluko in flashes. The time with hutchinson will be when hes playing in the championship with expereienced players who will not give him time and just go through him. Although do like the look of him reminds of a little bit of bielik

Couldn’t agree any more on bird. He was class but not got any confidence in himself anymore. The bird from cocus first season was immense and now for some strange reason he offers nothing going forward or defensively and offers the odd sideways pass. I really want to see the bird from 2 seasons ago who came forward with the ball and was slick with his 1 2 passes but after last season we can’t carry anyone. Also from the first half shows we need more attacking options I though aluko and Morrison and even baldock offered what we need and add in jozwiak and ckr and Lawrence quite like the look of that

Think that was more down to Everton and Sheffield united having options than him being injured unlike Davies. Maybe I’m wrong and he was injured all the time 

I think jagielka would be useful in a 3 at the back with a cashin and Mengi. Davies won’t play for half the season and these young guys need a wiser head with them for advice. A 1 year contract I think could be an okay deal. Stearman I would stay away from but maybe useful for last 10 minutes if we are holding a 1 goal lead 

In the written reasons I noticed Pearce mentioned after revising the accounts and had shown the idc them done. Apologies if I’m wrong with what I put and feel free to correct me. Could we now be checking them over and they could be submitted within the next week to be checked over by the efl. I see I. His interview they are now working together with that issue. So hopefully within 2 weeks the interested parties will know where it is at and a deal can be finally agreed 

We have found 30 million more profit on stadium by the looks of it so will be under ffp for all submissions

I live in Stoke and lots of my mates are Stoke fans. All moan about him getting around the pitch and no turn of pace and gets bypassed in midfield. Sounds like huddlestone without the passing ability. I’d stay away and he was on over 30 thousand a week 

What is also mad with the efl is Mel Morris has stated this is all to do with then trying to get one over him. It’s definitely an ego thing but by doing this process now just stops Derby from getting taken over. Mel wants to go so by having a cease fire and leave it as it is then the takeover hopefully becomes clearer and smoother. This way the efl don’t have to deal with Mel. My only guess is they are worried about other clubs like Middlesbrough and Wycombe Suing them if they did
