And there’s a train strike on
Always irritates me when they refer to strikes as “industrial action “. Surely it should be industrial inaction if they are not working??

With Collins, McGoldrick and Dobbin to fill one, or occasionally two, striker positions we should be OK. Rosenior must think so or he wouldn’t have let Stretton go out on loan.
I would say that RB is the number one priority, especially as getting one would free up Jason Knight to be played in or closer to his natural position.

I think that’s about as good as it gets right now while McGoldrick isn’t ready.

I'd go 4-3-3 for this one. Oduroh makes the XI because I'd rather play round pegs in round holes in the first instance than force players out of position. If it's not working then we can change it up by dropping Knight back to RB and bringing Smith on in midfield.
GK: Wildsmith
DEF: Oduroh - Davies - Chester - Forsyth
MID: Knight - Bird - Hourihane
FWD: NML - Collins - Barkhuizen
I would have Roberts instead of Forsyth.
Also, if McGoldrick is fit enough to play the first half, I would start him, move Knight to RB and Oduroh would drop to the bench, then reverse those changes when McGoldrick tires and comes off.

I’ve already forgotten the Alfreton game and am looking forward to a fabulous few days of football- Stadium MK for the Germany/France ladies semi, Pride Park for the Rams and Wembley for the lionesses. Bought the Wembley tickets ages ago, so glad our girls made the final.

Leicester fans giving it the biggen in a pre season friendly
Away wins will be a scarce commodity for them this season, which is why they are making the most of this one.

Curtis Davies goes off and within seconds it is 1-3 ?

Mendez-Laing blazes a great chance wide.

I think todays starting 11 is quite possibly how we will lineup next sat if we dont sign a right back in time. Maybe swapping Smith & Knight over, dropping Hourihane into CDM & Knighy into CAM
I dont think McGoldrick will start as he hasnt had much of a preseason.
I disagree about McGoldrick. He has been one of the more impressive players when he has played, so even if he tires and needs to be subbed after an hour I think he will start.

The plastic seems a bit thin and the printing faint in places.I'm sure the DCFC Megastore can sell you a fancy embossed wallet for you to keep it nice and protected.

Typo.
It was the other way around last night. Click on the 22/23 renew, and it took you to 21/22 details! LOL!Ignore the typo. Just click on the 21/22 renewal link, and it'll show your seat details, 22/23 renewal, and the new pricing. Renew as normal. ?
Thanks @Mucker1884. Three East Stand season tickets duly renewed. Bring on League One - hope it is as much fun as the last time we were in the third tier.

When I just logged in, it asked me if I wanted to renew for 2021-22. Is that just a typo in the drafting of the web page or do I need to wait for an update for 2022-23?
