I bet Haye got an erection when Bellew called him out, what with Bellew now getting some hype.
I know all boxers have to keep their value high by the way.
Joshua isn't going to fight Klitshcko next is he no matter what happens to Fury. Not got the financial lure of Fury or Wilder and it's high risk.
But with Haye... He has the ability to take on some far higher ranked fighters than what he will routinely take. Briggs is just a name. He'll be breathing out his arse after 2 rounds.
He said after that last fight "we were looking for people with undefeated records and this guy was the best of who's available"
Why undefeated? Because you hoped he wouldn't look like such a coward and you'd get closer to the money fight with Joshua.
Because there's a good few fighters out there with defeats on their record that were way more credible fights. And Haye would beat them.
I'd love it if Briggs nailed him in the 2 minutes he's got in the tank.
Annoyingly I know Haye is too good by far

I'm glad Bellew is giving Haye some grief.
Not going to criticise Haye's ability but there's blokes out there that get accused of pampering their records, picking fights carefully and being in it purely for money that do those things less than Haye.
He's a good fighter so there's no need for it.
But he'll only take risks when the money is big. He'll fight Bellew because it's a win. Same as Briggs. He won't fight Fury because it's high risk and low (ish) reward. He wouldn't dream of fighting Wilder because again, high risk, low reward. And he'd happily fight Joshua even though it's very high risk but Joshua is the money magnet (hence champions calling HIM out).
Haye isn't big money on his own.
No chance will he fight Fury. Not until it's worth getting knocked out for. Forget glory and belts.
Which is a shame because he's dangerous to everyone.
Not a Haye fan as you can guess.
He will only fight Whyte if it's the only way to land Jo$hua

Id love to see it, only thing is would Fury make him wait? Or not fight him at all after haye pulling out on Fury twice. Boots on the other foot now, back the Fury needed to fight haye more than haye needed to fight fury. Now its the other way round

I'm sure Hearn does tell him to make sure he makes time for people and get seen doing community things. As Fury plays up to the villain when he's a decent bloke too.
But the drug dealing is not a major issue. I have never touched drugs, don't smoke, barely drink and I know 1 cannabis dealer and 1 former cannabis dealer. It's not great on your record but he's hardly 50 Cent.
The nastier side of him isn't always well hidden. Even his clash with Breazeale in their meeting showed a darker side. He went off on one for no reason. He goads while in the ring. He does some interviews where he can be boastful. But like you say, this is fighting! It's not a sport for angels.
Same with Fury. Always the villain. Yet people like Clifton Mitchell will say that he's always got time for people. His wife says if you put a camera in front of him then he "performs".
    They all have their 'angles'.
Carl Froch was suddenly a huge Forest fan. Tony Bellew used his team. They all try to sell you something. Wouldn't say they're fake. Just they have to work at something that appeals. Fury is arguably the most fake fighter out there as for a big nasty gypo villain who doesn't care he spends time after Hughie Fury fights chatting away to fans about his division  and the career paths/technique of fighters never shown on British TV.
Joshua will get some hate anyway soon enough. His hype is attracting casual fans which upsets the hardcore who are now sharing arenas with 15,000 where there used to be 8,000.
Fury is going to open some wounds like Whyte did. But Fury does it louder. He'll break down some of the angel image.
And then there's the old British thing of build em up and knock em down. Where we like a hero up until he's "made it" and then we tear him down and look for a new one. Being an Olympic champion might protect him a bit though.
It's just nice to see that there's good fights. Good British fights. And the heavyweight division isn't so frickin boring as it has been since Lewis!!
Thank God the Klitshcko reign is ending.
I think even Derby's Dave Ryan is mandatory for the Commonwealth title? Might be wrong but I think he is?

Yes, leave for the month, they'll be nothing much happening forum wise and it's too important for you to risk the distraction.
In fact, I'd go one step further and get yourself banned for a month, just to help you focus.
Ask @eddie if you need advice on the best way to go about it!

People who have obviously never been shopping before, who act with complete surprise when the checkout worker asks them to insert their card, wasting valuable seconds while they root around in their handbag for a purse, then shuffle through 10 cards to find the correct one.

No, we don't accept Blockbuster video cards, madam, seeing as they went bust a decade ago.
Neither do we accept Tesco club card vouchers either, seeing as you're in Sainsbury's, you tight fisted ****.
I'd honestly allow each hand held laser scanner to be loaded with a round of live ammunition, to be fired into the forehead of the 1st ******** each day to feign suprise at being asked to pay for their goods, for the good of society as a whole.

    Selfies, particularly 2 types.
    1. A group of women doing a sideways pout about 30 times on a night out.
    2. People taking pictures of themselves next to every tourist attraction or famous building they pass. I believe you went there, I don't need fooking proof.

You thought so? I had Khan winning the first four rounds, and he was boxing brilliantly considering he had no power to hurt Canelo so was forever on the move. His footwork was brilliant at the start.
The you noticed in round five Canelo was finding his range, and Khan was slowing down.
I thought at that moment Canelo would pin him on the ropes and hurt him in the seventh or eighth, causing a stoppage. Didn't see that one punch coming, it was devastating.
Khan, and boxing, needs to look at this and take a think about safety. The difference in power between the two was just ridiculous and luckily it seems Khan is OK, could have been far worse.
They shouldn't allow fighters to jump up two weights like that. It's OK jumping from Batamweight to Feather or even Light, but from Welter to a 170lb middleweight is insane.

Yeah I love watching Golovkin fight. His fight against Wade tomorrow should be easy for him imo.Golovkin is by far the more polished fighter.I do think him and Canelo will happen also; would be a great fight, and I will say GGG in a decision.
I listen to some boxing podcasts, and yeah a lot not really giving Joshua too much respect and/or credit for beating Martin.Granted Martin really should not have been champ, but irregardless of that,Joshua took care of business and I think he has a bright future indeed as long as his team leads him in the right direction in regards to future fights.
As I stated,I am a Wlad fan and was dissapointed in how he approached Fury in their first encounter.I think this next time he will be better prepared and get it done.
I hope Wilder continues to perform well as Americans are falling behind in regards to the heavyweight division and true contenders within it.
Love boxing and hopefully these upcoming fights, especially the Khan/Canelo and Fury/Klitschko are as good as they should be.

I'm disgusted by the actions of the boxing world. In hope of knock outs and knock downs refs let the beating go too far. Refs job is see that safety of the boxer is properly considered through the whole match.

My under 16's like it having read the books and just discovering testosterone Jennifer Lawrence probably does it for them, like she probably would have done for me 20 years back.
