This sounds like it's motivated via Buchanan and his agent, more so than Werder Bremen. I can't blame him wanting to move to the Bundesliga over sticking around in League One. I actually think the EFL will fight our corner on this, because they will want to look to protect assets from leaving the Football League. It would definitely be a bigger problem if it was a club in this country. 
I'm sure there is a reasonable outcome for all involved. A fair price for Buchanan, albeit lower than we would want, but a player who wants out gone as we continue to rebuild.

My immediate reaction being that's Gasly on the phone to Zach Brown along the lines of "That Ricciardo bloke, not doing to well is he?"
I think Marko and Horner like Albon better than Gasly (presumably out of the car / behind the scenes stuff) - just get the vibe they prefer working with him. I agree I think his chances are slim (basically none now) especially after they've given Checo 2 years.

I am 100% convinced he is off. He seems an ambitious lad so wouldn't blame him for making the jump. In my mind the best we can hope for is that if he goes to a Prem club we can get him back on loan.

Just want/need it sorting straight away, not play with as we need to replace the position if he’s going.

Including CK it seems, seeing as he said it would be closing on 31 May.

This has probably been answered multiple times, but why can't Kirchner lease the ground from Morris?
If it's because they don't like each other then surely that's just mental? If push came to shove and it was do that or the whole thing falls apart I'd hope everyone would be grown up enough to sort it.
