It seems that a lot of the pitches around the country are similar to ours, maybe some life in it on day one and two, but completely placid by day three. Seems like the plan is bat last and hope the opposition puts us in with a chasable total.

Anyway, forecast looks decent for today, hopefully, Madsen & Guest can get their hundreds.

I'm not sure the tactics of, win toss, put opposition in to bat, drop loads of catches, get batted out of the game is going to catch on 🤔

Yeah I think the bowling, with DuPavillion to come in is alright if we hold on to the catches.

The batting is a concern, especially failing to make 200 in both first innings so far.

Was enjoying him take the attack to Leicester but after paddle sweeping the spinners first ball for 4, charging down the pitch and having a big heave was a bit silly….misses everything and bowls him.
