Appleby's tenure was not a success and we were not run in a fiscally prudent way, here are the numbers
2008 a year when we received a parachute payment - Profit of £1.76million
    2009  Loss of £14.9 million
    2010 Loss of £2.16 million
    2011 Loss of £7.67 million
    2012 Loss of £7.93 million
    2013 Loss of £7.06 million
    2014 Loss of £7.04 million
    2015 Loss of £10.06 million
So in total during Appleby's leadership there were cumulative losses of £55 million, how is that the best financial health of the Rams in the modern era?
GSE pulled out because they wouldn't or couldn't keep bank rolling the losses and if El Presidente Sam Rush, (who sacked the manager who reduced the payroll by over 60% and signed some outstanding players for peanuts) ever gets near the club again he would probably complete the destruction of the club.

DCFC will need monthly cash injections of approx £1m to trade on an ongoing basis, as well as additional cash injections to pay down HMRC and unsecured creditors over the next 36 months. It would appear that for whatever reason, money laundering issues, public holidays, month has got a Y in it, golf tournaments or cash availability, there is a problem in funds meeting deadlines, if this was an ongoing issue then DCFC would not be able to trade for an extended period of time.
Therefore Q in my opinion have picked the wrong PB and would do well to revisit alternative interested parties asap.
FWIW the administrators are a preferred creditor and given the lack of realisable assets left in the club the "lucky" buyer of the club will have to pay their fees on top of the selling price of the club, given the animosity towards MA by Q and vice versa, in my opinion that is potential reason why MA is being ignored.

So why has nobody bought Mels over priced train set?  Been up for sale for a couple of years.....  Because nobody is going to fork our for a vastly overpriced club....  Not me thats the clown!
I agree owners go into football knowing they are likely yo have to bank roll thier clubs.  It doesnt mean they are prepared to pay rediculous money to start with.
Kirchner is not going to complete this deal, unless he's gifted tge ground, or a local consortium purchase it and allow hi. to use it for a peppercorn rent....  Im surpised Q have been stupid enough to give CK till Sat with extended exclusivity, they should be looking at all offers.

It should now be obvious that CK has not got the cash to buy the Stadium, my assessment is that he has cobbled together enough money to satisfy the EFL that he can sustain the club for 2 years, but they in their statement stated that the stadium situation need resolution. MM has taken out loans with MSD against the stadium that are securitised with a personal guarantee on all his personal properties, and I have no doubt MM would like to walk away without losing his own home, however CK could have reached an agreement with MM and or MSD to either buy the stadium or take out a new loan to cover the cost of the stadium. My thoughts are that MM and MSD have doubts about his ability to service any loan or lease which would explain the impasse, the rationale that CK won't deal with MM over personal issues is in my opinion fanciful, business does not work like that. Finally regarding Q not entertaining MA's approach it is obvious that if everyone is taking a haircut, then Q must as well, hence their reticence to talk to him, if the Rams go into receivership they would get their  fees paid in full so why would they discount their outstanding amount.
