  1. Are you seriously suggesting you've not read anything yourself Sage? Really? Before the run and since Xmas and the downturn in form, Clowes has been copping it all over SM. He's clueless, he's only in it for the money, he'll flog us to anyone who has the cash as he's desperate to get out, he's still in league with Morris, Saint Clowes, yadda, yadda, yadda. There's fukn loads of it. Some stuff gets removed on here which is good, but Twatter and Facebook are fookin grim right now. Anyway, I'm already wound up today, so I think it's best I just rein it in, as I'm probably just making things worse now.
  2. That's actually hilarious. I'd not noticed this at all.
  3. Dogman (2023) Will definitely trigger a few DCFC forumites based on their posting records (there's a lot of cross-dressing going on) and there's no doubt that it's daft AF, but it does contain a startling performance from Caleb Landry Jones that despite the moderate success of Besson's latest output, will surely secure him an award or two. FWIW, I think it's a much better film than the ratings suggest. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt17009348/ Pesch / 10 March general release.
  4. Well, well, well. I was having a read up on views being expressed on the Joshua - Ngannou fight and it seems someone else shares the same concern I do about the fight. That said, it's only Teddy Atlas though, you know the guy who's been training since the 70s and worked with Cus D'Amato, so I think we can easily dunk on his casual observations 😂 More 'nothing comments' I guess 🫢
  5. Not semantics at all. I was Rosenior's biggest fanboy, but even I'd concede he was never more than the interim manager. You can argue all day long (and you probably will) as to whether he should have been offered the job, but the rest is indisputable. Clowes himself has said that they'd been speaking to Warne for over 2 months before he was contracted, so to use your terminology, that dunks all over your argument. Also, who is the 'anyone' you refer to when you claim he secured 'way more points than anyone believed was possible'. Were there no fans pleased to see Warne appointed then? I don't recall Roymac and the other Warne in clan members getting all dizzy over Rosenior's win ratio. All this chat about Liam is point-scoring bolarks anyway.
  6. I'd ask David Clowes whether he regrets spending a fifth of the family net worth saving a club where a good portion of the 'fans' illustrate zero loyalty or gratitude, preferring instead to sneer and smear him every time we don't win. I'd also ask whether given this increasingly widespread snarkiness only a season and a bit into his tenure, whether he is also now feeling that it would be way less grief to just leave the graceless gobshites to sort the club's future from their own pockets.
  7. This was seen and filmed as it happened by the BBC, so it would seem they too are part of a wider conspiracy to portray the IDF as murderers of innocent civilians. Abhorrent.
  8. Ah feck, really? Injuries are going to totally derail us. Players are dropping like flies now 😔
  9. I think I've made my point abundantly clear. I'll leave it there.
  10. You're absolutely hilarious. You screeched at anyone and everyone questioning Warne's appointment or ruing the sacking of Rosenior, for the entire balance of that season. Would you like me to quote a few hundred examples? Ah well, I guess you must have 'forgotten' about those last two games all the while you were slating other posters, though it's odd that you've suddenly remembered them a year later. Totally credible! 😂
  11. Enzo certainly doesn't come out of it looking terribly good and that's putting it mildly.
  12. Deary me, no, you're an irrelevance. It'll be down to Clowes and Warne alright, it'd just have been nice to get through the first 6 games before you commenced your annual bitch-fest.
  13. Thought I'd pop this up for my fellow F1 / motorsport fans. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3758542/ Ferrari tells the early story of the great Italian marque with a quite honest and not terribly flattering depiction of Enzo Ferrari and his struggles to establish the brand. It's solid enough without being spectacular, but worth a watch if only to see a host of gorgeous old sports cars of the day.
  14. LMFAO. Neither did you. You slated anyone suggesting a mistake had been made, so it's quite galling to hear you banging on now, but I suppose it's a convenient stick to beat the man you championed with, eh!
  15. He's got something about him, but I'll not be making any calls based on a cameo midst probably our least controlled performance of the season. He's going to need a bit of time to settle, as does every player, so right now all I'm thinking is that I hope he gets it.
  16. 25,000 dead, 60,000 injured, 2 million displaced, little to no food, water, medicine and aid and injured children being operated on without anaesthetic. Where does this end?
  17. I don't mind us playing down the flanks, but not if it's to the exclusion of any other form of attack, as it's just too easy for opposing teams to disrupt. It also places a weighty onus on the likes of NML to produce every game, which with the best will in the world, ain't gonna happen.
  18. No strengthening of the midfield? 😔 That's a bit of a concern, to be honest. Not always easy to be a Rams fan, is it?
  19. For balance, my biggest bugbear is that we don't seem to be trying to address the midfield issues and yes, it is frustrating, even for the so-called happy clappers like me. While I'm pleased to see Blackett-Taylor join, I really think we need to be moving heaven and earth to get a dominant midfielder in, but if PW refuses to let the midfield play their game, then would another player even fix the issue? It's a worry, for sure. Anyway, I'm not going to climb on his back as there's more than enough doing that already, but I honestly don't see how anything changes unless we address this issue. If we do, I think we'll make the autos comfortably. If we don't, then I'm afraid it'll be the lottery of the play-offs with a team that doesn't always prosper under pressure.
  20. Don't think I've ever felt so out of kilter with our fanbase. There's always been a few on here, but since Covid it's been an absolute deluge. The amount of new members joining just so they can join the pile on is staggering. We've literally gone from being the most staunch set of fans in the entire EFL, to this, all in 18 months or less. Fortunately, our most loyal fans, especially those who seem to go to every game, come rain, wind or shine, seem able more than able to take the knocks without the kind of histrionics we see on the matchday threads. Ah well, a big performance is a must now against Cheltenham, or this forum will be toxic beyond belief.
  21. You got torn a new one, as you put it, for posting like a hangry baby. The fact that you welcome others doing the same speaks volumes. FWIW, If you and others seriously believe that you are the only ones who can see that there are issues with the team, then you need to brush up on your reading skills. Equally, if you think this squad would prosper in the Championship, then I'd beg to differ. That's just something folk say to bash Warne I'm afraid. Same people continuously pumping the same line, then calling the team garbage every week, like nobody will notice the contradiction. We're a L1 side and that's all we are until we're not.
  22. Another poor performance from a team that has been Jekyll and Hyde since the turn of the year. Predictably a deal of spleen-venting, some of which is understandable. That being said, it's depressing how quickly some folk turn on their own team. By the same token, the players need to take a long hard look at their performance levels tonight, as if we are to maintain a promotion push, we've simply got to work harder.
  23. Attempts on goal not attempts on target. No need to thank me.
