We expected that, it's the same wherever we go - they only come to see Derby - we're the star attraction in this division because we are Massive, even though you also promised us in March that you would be over the horizon and out of sight by now 😂. Seems like your 64-year long wait to win an EFL division may be extended by at least another year now. Just remember in future, it's never won until you can't be overtaken.

I'd rather not win the 3rd division.

    And you cannot blame them.

If this was at Pride Park and we had the ability to remove 1000 from the away fan capacity, sell the tickets to Derby fans instead in such an important game, I would absolutely back the club in doing that.

The EFL set minimum requirements for away tickets given, anything over that is an added bonus.

I did suggest this would happen at at the start of the season, we've only got 500 left in the lower as well.

I wonder why that would be the case? There isn’t any real history of trouble is there?

It looks like Bolton got about 2,400. I can’t imagine we would get less than that on police advise. Even if Wednesday wanted to keep more seats for their own fans I can’t imagine they could safely free up any by reducing the away allocation. I doubt the police would want us sharing a stand.

We shared the Leppings Lane with Pompey last season, I assume this what will happen again this year.

    Can you help.

Has anyone seen or heard of the recent whereabouts of @walkleyowl ?

Walkley, who also self-identifies as Wendy, has been missing for about a month now, and his mum is naturally anxious. She reports ‘it is so unusual for him not to be in his bedroom, banging away on his hand held device’ and she is at a loss to explain his disappearance.

Walkley has for many, many years suffered badly with depression, but his mum adds ‘that since August last year he has been the happiest I have known him, being much more communicative and cheerful. I was beginning to think he might have found romance with a lass from Hillsborough, and I could start thinking about taking down his football pictures off the bedroom wall’. When asked if that might be where he is now she replied ‘no, never, he wouldn’t leave his big cuddly owl (Barry) if that were the case, he loves his Barry’.

If anyone has any ideas or information as to Walkley’s whereabouts please report here.

My mother passed away in December 2017, did you use a ouija board to contact her, that said at least I know my parents.

Going to be a lot of disappointed fans for Sheff Wed on last day, the away end has had further capacity restrictions meaning only 3700 allowed, in a stand that has 6560 seats due to access issues following the FA Cup game against Newcastle where 4500 were allowed....

Depending on what rides on the game you could be allocated just the upper tier

Yesterday must have been a real bummer for Rams fans.   OK it favors us and say Bolton also but they'll be no gloating from this end.  This league is tough - for want of better words - it's a real nasty division to get out of, maybe like ourselves you thought it'd be easy and we'd make it back at a first attempt.   You know, big club names that were successful in the 1970s and got League Championships to their name.    Unfortunately It doesn't quite work like that.

I understand the hurt of scores like yesterday, nothing disingenuous, teams like Derby County or indeed Bolton / ITFC don't really deserve or seem out of place to be in this s*** league but it's been a mess of our own making.      Make no mistake it's tough to make it back, don't take it the wrong way or anything but suppose Derby don't get a promotion this year, it could take maybe another 2 or 3 seasons - maybe more - to achieve it. That's the reality.

That's not a criticism, just from someone who knows what a task it can be - or is - to escape League One status and make it back to Championship level.      You got Plymouth Argyles in your next game if correct, guess a number of our own fans shall be rooting for you as we got to take any and all points Plymouth may drop in the final weeks run-in.     It's the only way other club names will get an opportunity.

In all probability Town and Rams won't get an automatic promotion, I'd like to avoid you in a play-off situation, our record is beyond lousy and I think a two-game event would favor yourselves as past experience dictates we just won't make it.

I see Davey McGoldrick is scoring plenty for you.    He didn't do much for us in that capacity although spent a lot of time on the injury roster.    He's become almost a new player of what some can remember.     I wish you well in team endeavors for the Plymouth game.

    Has to be a parody

  7. Loved Emo at Wednesday, got him on a free under Big Ron in 98, sold him late 99 for about 2.8m to Chelsea, who flogged him to Sunderland about 6 months later for 4m.

Could’ve bought a ticket yesterday as an away member but got a pass from missus to take my old man on an overnight trip, therefore nervously waited for general sale. Was on at 10am, buying tickets in the middle of my 1 to 1 with my boss - she’s a football fan so was cool (although she’s a red dog so debatable as to whether she’s a football fan)

Needn’t have bothered and if I’d held back could’ve avoided the signing section in the corner. Can’t wait though, a new ground for me, could be a pivotal game in our season, but Barnsley first - will take some to beat that time under Billy when we took 9000 (I’m probably exaggerating), what a day that was.

    9k ?

No hangover at all Angie. Just pissed off with the result today. To cap it all, me and my mate had seats in the home end and in front of us we had Tamworth Chairboy and Walkley Wanderer. What a nightmare that pair were and throughout the game they kept giving each other their Snickers. We had to sit on our hands to save us a life time football banning order ?.

    You couldn't smack your lips

Tamworth, just please explain by what is wrong with my standards. You turn like a worm from post to post if you would care to look back. I'm not sure that you have any standards at all. You seem to just suck up to whoever is the flavour of your month and this month it's a SWFC fan whose Snickers you're trying to get into. Go and grow a pair, Walkley might enjoy that. Reading what you say against many posters on here, I question your positivity as a Derby fan, you seem to love trying to stir the pot.

Lovely bit of homophobia there, you're a class act
