Would be a really solid signing in my opinion. Nothing spectacular but almost always give a 6.5-7.5 performance.

Seemed to have many qualities that would have fit our current style (athletic, engine). Knows the place, seemed appreciated and may need a fresh start. Probably won't make it at Chelsea but could still be good. Think he looked good the little he played here earlier.

It feels good to not have to worry about football for a few weeks now.

Actually don't want us to keep that many from our out of contract players this time around. A bit harsh maybe but really think we need to do something different to be competitive in the champ. We have a great chance to build something new now and should go for it. Looked att P'boro and think they have some real talent in their squad. Don't know contract situations but them and Barnsley should be raided by some team. Might as well be us.

Just hope we can see better performances if he can get a good pre-season. But he will have to play a lot better since Sibley was way superior in a "new" position for him.

He wasn't really that great, but we can do them a favor and take over his contract if they really want to get rid of him. If you understand what i mean 😉.

Paul Warne, well done Sir! I have been negative about how we played this year but the final result speaks for itself. Now you have really earned your chance to lead the team at the next level and I both believe and hope that the style of play will fit better in our new league. Always thought Rotherham were a tough nut to crack and with just a few better players coming it will be an interesting continuation to follow. We don't know where it will end but we all know how it started. David Clowes is a hero.

I'm not a big fan of how we've played this season, but I have to admit that there are very few games where we haven't created the more dangerous chances. Also applies to matches where we had little ball possession and few successful passes. You have to give that to Warne because he has done that part very well! Regarding signings going forward, I hope for a completely new strategy for our dependable players are, in principle, those who have been here for a long time. Cashin, Bird, Sibley, Forsyth and others. Here, there needs to be a rework to make us significantly more successful, I would say.

Great result and effort today. I'll willingly admit I was nervous but it never really got dangerous. Sibs best today followed by Cashin, Bradley and Adams.
