Capello's Resigned

Liverpool players complained about Hodgson's training drills, boring, repetitive and outdated - so in that sense the "Liverpool mess" was his own fault. Can't see Gerrard endorsing his appointment, and I'm fairly sure the FA will canvas the opinions of a number of senior players.

Gerrards past it anyway. Liverpool players moan about anything. The players and fans wanted dalglish so that left hodgson with no chance from the start. To the last post taking n.i to the 20's isn't like taking Switzerland to the top 3 is it? Stuart Pearce shouldn't be allowed to be u21 manager he's done absolutely nothing as a manager and has no right to be starting at the top. Redknapp could do a good job. It's what the players want anyway and they get whatever they want.

If you need someone to motivate this bunch for the Euro's look no further than

*He's probably tactically clueless tho

Clueless in every aspect of the word!

If he was manager Id expect us to line up..

David James, Micah Richards, Joleon Lescott and Rio Ferdinand, Ashley Cole, Scott Sinclair, Tom Huddlestone, Ashley Young, Aaron Lennon, Danny Bent and Daniel Sturridge

Ian Wright is a very racist man, if he was white he would be hung out to dry!

No place for Shaun Wright-Phillips in that line-up......? 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

I hate the idea of Redknapp managing England.

He's got caught up in this tax thing and ended up in caught. Fair enough, he was found to be innocent.

Terry is embroiled in the race row - currently, as things stand, he's innocent.

I don't want either representing my country. They've allowed themselves to get caught up in theses situations, I don't see how it can be one rule for Terry and another for Redknapp.

From a tacitcal perspective, we'll become a 'score one more than them' kind of team - by his own admission Redknapp is a man manager (although I'm not sure what Darren Bent thinks of that), not a tactician. All well and good until we actually compete with the worlds best.

I don't think Capello did a great job at all but I feel sorry for him, the way this has happened.

After watching the press conference today by the FA I now understand why Capello resigned.I would want at least £6m a year to have to work with those idiots. The one man who actually played the game and managed said nothing, absolutely nothing.Brooking is pointless in that set up.The FA needs to sort itself out, they are ultimately responsible for this mess.
