Wigan and Martinez are fantastic.. They'll breeze it next season if they keep their best players.. They'll be looking at top 10. Such a likeable team with likeable players playing very decent football.. They controlled the first half so easily and found spaces all over the pitch.

As for Blackburn. ****. It was only a matter of time they've been on a downward slide ever since Hughes left them, Allardyce maintained them as a lower midtable club.. Now they were either going down this season or next season.

As for Bolton or QPR.. I prefer Bolton and would like to see them stay up.. But if QPR go down and Hughes stays they'll batter the NPC next season.. If Bolton goes down and Coyle stays they'll be top 6 for sure. Best case scenario for us is if Bolton go down, sack Coyle, then appoint someone **** like McLeish..

So pleased Wigan staying up. They'll probabbly be odds on for relegation next season like they always are, but they are a mid/top half team, they have some quality players, quality manager, quality chairman. ***** fans though.

I actually hope Wigan do well next season. Martinez is a decent man with a lot of integrity, and it would be nice for him to achieve something rather than mere survival with Wigan. They've changed their style around mid-season, but if they can work on it pre-season they could do well.

Agreed about Blackburn. Say what you will about Allardyce's style, at least he knew what he was doing and was able to set a team up. I actually feel a bit sorry for Steve Kean, however. Not a good manager, but I feel he's been let down by his players and by Venky's (in particular) more than anything. They, Swansea and QPR were my predictions for relegation this season, and I've been nicely surprised by Swansea.

The two key games in the PL next week are Man City v QPR and Stoke v Bolton. So Sky have decided to show...Man City v QPR and Sunderland v Man Utd. Oh course, cos the top of the table is all that matters. Urgh.
