Looking at the various clips you can't imagine it all going down that well at a Premier League team. Nothing wrong with it, but its all a bit plucky little Rovrum, joking with the staff and being that unaffected, open, cheeky-chappy manager - maybe Holloway is an example of where it can work with Blackpool..
