Carl Sagan
Evans often went missing for (very) long periods due to unspecified injuries. We're now (happily) playing a very high intensity game based on incredible workrate and I don't think he's physically cut out for this. Liked him as a centre half, felt he was very poor as a midfielder. Seemed a nice enough lad. Hope he does well in London town.
Rampage
Good player for squad but Wayne only wants players who can do the job if one falters or drops his standard and challenge to stay in the team eg Roos at present.
Mostyn6
I have a sneaky feeling that there’s a lot more to Evans than we got to see. A common theme amongst utility players who struggle to nail down ONE position. I think he has a bit if class about him. Too much for Millwall! Comrade 86
Hmmm. Bit sad to see him go really. Never had the luxury of a run of games at CB having come in and done well several times, only to be dumped on the bench the very next game. I suppose the sense or lack of it will be clearer when we see who comes in to replace him.
