Rosenior said on the radio that they felt it better he played a full 23s game than sit on the bench for the first team. Simple answer...play him today. Max Bird was great today spotting effective short passes to our players through crowded space. Agree on Bird today, but that’s harsh on Bielik. He’s absolutely excellent at shielding the defence - he’s a monster both in the air, and in the tackle. His passing is pretty damn good as well. He’s a Polish international and was at Arsenal for a reason, we need to get him fit and get the best out of him.

belperram9
Neither will be at the club next season. Why would they want to play in league 1 when both want to be international regulars. Even if we do stay up, they are too good for us. Their agents are probably looking at moves for them already.

If he is serious about this then he returns to the team and drags us back up the table single-handed. Proves it on the pitch.

He has a penchant for diving in...I'm not sure yet.

We’ll be lucky to get half back sadly, not because he’s got worse as a player, but because he’s played in such a poor team.
BramcoteRam84
Bielik looked well off the pace against Barnsley, right call to give him more time out. Shouldn’t have been playing, only reason he did is Cocu was scrambling to find the formula to keep his job.

But I can see he adds an extra defensive quality to the midfield that those two don't have, whilst still having a presence going forward, which Shinnie doesn't really have. In theory, he's THE solution, but will it work in practice?
