StarterForTen
Its a slow Friday at work... So started to think about what our best starting XI is (and its formation) given our currently contracted players - no additions, no sales. I'm going with the graphically-challenging-but-soon-to-be fashionable 3-1-4-1-1 formation.... GK: Carson Back Three (right to left): Wisdom - Huddlestone - Davies Holding Midfielder: Ledley Midfielders: (right to left): Lawrence - Thorne - Johnson - Weimann Attacking Midfielder: Vydra Striker: Jerome I told you it was a quiet morning! Cam the Ram
How can you leave Keogh out of our best 11? Carson Wisdom - Keogh - Davies - Forsyth Bryson - Huddlestone - Johnson Vydra - Lawrence Martin/Jerome
MarchesRam
The classic Jose-era Chelsea 433, with two possession mids and one CAM that Lamps played in: Carson Wisdom - Keogh - Davies - Forsyth Huddlestone - Vydra - Ledley/Thorne Weimann - Jerome - Lawrence

I disagree on the former, I think he's the best RWB at the club. The latter is obvious and a non-statement. 'Tis just my opinion, no point in having a thread if we're just going to write the players who started the play-off games.

In a formation where they're both comfortable, or if we sell Vydra (meaning Lawrence would move centrally); then Thomas would probably get in my team. In MY opinion yes if we are to see the fruits of the academy. Anya has provided absolutely nothing and I do like Weimann but he needs a different brain as his decision making for the final ball is horrendous 9 times out of 10. imo

Though if he worked hard he would do well. Lets see pre season how it all goes. Unlikely anyone comes in without any preconceptions about some players.
