Essentially, Mac has selflessly gone up to toon and back to Derby to achieve being an ex Newcastle manager. It all makes sense now and promotion will soon be ours. Pint anyone? Someone looked at Pardews managerial reign and the results he gets. It's astounding to see how inconsistent he is. He either has teams going on unbelievable runs or unable to buy a win.
