May Contain Nuts
It's safe to say that the brunswick staff don't know a great deal about what it is they sell. One Westmaale Dubbel followed by a La Trappe Dubbel and they needed help locating both in their fridges! It's sort of funny but sort of sorry. froggg
ladyram
I had Amstel in't Brunny today, very nice it was too. Dav drank Call To Arms and Tim Taylor landlord and as a result, is currently pissed. A successful day there then

IlsonDerby
Have to say if there's Doombar available I'm inclined to have that but I tend to stick to bitter rather than real ales when out. Smiths or Mansfield do me fine. froggg

May Contain Nuts
Had it before but not in the proper glass... Tripel Karmeliet, this time in its full glory. I don't remember picking up the bubblegum so much last time, but it's a long time and a lot of beers ago. It's bloody lovely Cisse and froggg
May Contain Nuts
Followed that up with Urthel Hop-it, a Belgian strong ale /ipa at 9.5%, although brewed at Le Trappe now apparently. Delightful bitter note lingering at the back, but with enough, errm, belgiumness provided to make sure you can taste everything. So it's a yes from me. Now to drink horrible ***** for the rest of the night out froggg
