Day Posted February 5, 2016 Share Posted February 5, 2016 A HOUSEWIFE is facing up to six years in an Italian jail after her husband took her to court for not cooking and cleaning enough. The 40-year-old woman is being charged with "mistreatment of the family" due to her "poor management of the household chores". She will stand trial after her 47-year-old husband claimed the negligence had been going on for two years. Court papers revealed he feels "insulted" by the way she has neglected cleaning the house. He also claims he has been forced to "live in conditions with poor hygiene", according to The Local. Her husband claims she has neglected her family duties and she could face up to six years in jail. The disgruntled husband revealed he keeps buying food but it often ends up in the bin because she rarely cooks. He also told how his wife has kicked him out of their shared bedroom in Sonnino in the Lazio region of Italy.
