Ssewankambo, Pearce and Shackell plus Baird have strengthened the defensive options3. Thorne fit again, a massive plus point. Baird as extra or replacement CDM if Thorne injured4. Weimann is good, Carson is experienced5. New tactical options6. More cash available. Thanks Mel, what a guy.7. New Staff, hopefully betterThe only excuses that Derby can justifiably make are :-1. Players need time to gel and to adjust to tactics2. Inexperience of Clement3. Unforeseeable injuries to key playersConclusion:-1.
