Ovis aries
Pure conjecture but I think Mr Footitt would have been quite an handful on there this morning.

eddie
Edging towards the 100 as Cook edges towards the 50.Like old times for Cook. Head outside the line, played all round a straight one.Johnson v Bairstow now - only one winner here.
Srg
Can see us limping towards 200... but I guess that's still a hefty lead.

Albert
Utter shambles for Australia, not a fan of pitch, but England bowler very well to conditions, something that Hazlewood and Johnson haven't shown. The lack of experience is certainly showing. At this point England have almost certainly won the Ashes unless this match is somehow washes out, or Australia pull something ridiculous out of the hat. Australia just don't look comfortable in the conditions, and Broad put on a masterclass at home. Absolutely deserved lead at this point. At this point I can see England getting around 250, but if Australia have any hope left, it's getting England out for under 150 and putting on the batting performance of their lives. Needs Johnson to step up to the plate - somebody has to back up Starc, who has bowled brilliantly.
Albert
Needs Johnson to step up to the plate - somebody has to back up Starc, who has bowled brilliantly. Not really Johnson's type of conditions really. I'm a bit disappointed in Hazlewood's performance to be honest, though he is young and inexperienced. I'm not saying he's been awful, but these conditions should be something that he could use to his advantage better. Root is looking good, will almost certainly outscore Australia here.
