No talking No stopping work No laughing No attempt at humour at any time. No fighting your own corner, particulaly when an injustice has been done against you. No trying to develop forward, independant thinking of any kind. Man he's awful. Crack the whip yes but crack a fookin joke anorl! It's all about person skills.
