The true story ones are generally the best Imagine if they did a film about the 2012 ryder cup. Europe come back and win despite food poisoning on day 1 (due to a dodgy chef) clubs being tampered with on Day 2 and Mcillroy being kidnapped and only just making his tea time on day 3. AmericanRam
Was invincible the Mark Wahlberg one about an eagles fan? Yes, the one where he is a bartender from Philly and makes the team through open tryouts. I do not like the Eagles at all, but I like Wahlberg and overall it was a very solid film. AmericanRam
Please tell me you mean the original "mean Machine" (although I thought it was called The longest Yard in America) I am talking about the one with Vinnie Jones. Not over the top reviews, but I just thought it was pretty funny and overall the football scenes were pretty good too.

The Karate Kid Kickboxer. Van Dammes super-slow-mo shots are very impressive.

Rev
Bull durham, a baseball film also starring Kevin costner, Susan sarandon and Tim robbins. That film were the camera just followed Zidane over the course of a game was strangely watchable too.
