Not the roots surely ?

 

As someone mentioned before roots are negatively phototrophic but positively geotrophic and hydrotrophic, hence they grow downwards. Stems on the other hand, are positively phototrophic, they grow towards the light, so that the chloroplasts can actively photosynthesize.

I like the roof just the way it is... We will be calling it the Soccer Dome, sponsored by Ipro, DHL, Greggs, & Sid the postman.

We need a poll here.

You'll need more than one poll to hold up a roof that size!
