Perky1106
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/27043181 Any thoughts on this? In my opinion I think we should fight right to the last day if there's any chance of getting second place, even if it's very unlikely. But do many people feel we should consolidate our pretty much guaranteed play-off place and rest players in anticipation for this?
Dimmu
You're teasing those Burnley fans who are here 24/7, aren't you?

niram
if we win all are games and and they win one or less we go second. all our games are winnable, they have wingan reading and Ipswich all fighting for play offs so i dont see why we shouldn't go for it as we have nothing to loose
Shuff264
Saw an article a bit ago, Burnley apparently only had about 14 first team players training
inglorious02
If the points gap comes down after Friday's round of fixtures, then I'll get excited. I can't see Burnley not winning at Blackpool though.
Angry Ram
Attack, Attack, Attack.... Don't buy all this resting players rubbish.. Keep pushing Burnley until its impossible... Then maybe rotate the resting if we have to.. Burnley will get nervous and if the gap keeps getting closer and closer, who knows. Perfect scenario, all to play for against Leeds.. COYR.. North_Stand_Ram
Just imagine if Burnley were at Reading and we were a Leeds on the last day, and if they dropped points and we won we would be promoted! Wow!
TigerTedd
Just imagine if Burnley were at Reading and we were a Leeds on the last day, and if they dropped points and we won we would be promoted! Wow! Especially if reading are in a position that they need a win to get 6th. Everything goes right and Burnley and Reading could end up meeting each other again in the play offs semis a few days later.
North_Stand_Ram
@Dorselator: McClaren's playing mind games with #Burnley. The #dcfc Head Coach says they will be feeling nervous, and Derby haven't given up on 2nd. #SSN Mac has changed his tune!!
Leicester Ram
Well I'd hope he's learnt this sort of stuff from Fergie and knows what he's doing. 'Ave it, Dyche. The fact he manages to be bald and ginger pisses me off no end.

cannable
If the points gap comes down after Friday's round of fixtures, then I'll get excited. I can't see Burnley not winning at Blackpool though. Don't forget that Blackpool are A. Still scrapping for points B. Rivals-ish with Burnley You'd expect Blacpool to put absolutely everything into that game. Could happen? Day
McClaren realised we stand no chance in the play offs, we're dooooomed! This would never have happened with Nigel
