PrivateDerby
Rhyl - Sadly such a **** hole now that even on a boiling hot day the beach is empty because they're all in the pubs and musies... suits us though, can have a whole section to yourself which is good for football. Still love the place. Morfa Nefyn - Smart beach and has a good pub called Ty Coch. Good watching the Hawks blast over from Valley on a clear day. Childhood memories of Rhyl......great big cycle hire track, was just a huge concrete area with lines painted on it.....outdoor lido, freezing seawater with unidentified objects floating in it.....rain hammering down on a caravan roof for a week......fairground full of hard little bstards from Liverpool.... and that was the good bits. Still took me own kids there just to show em what a proper holiday was like!
mozza
Rhos -on -Sea , just up road from Rhyl , almost acceptable as a resort , considering its not far from the mouth of the Mersey , and all its contents..

ossieram
Hemsby Norfolk. Nice little place with a decent beach and unusually clean water. Couple of decent pubs and handy for the broads. Great place to take the young uns and also handy for little run outs to places like Gt Yarmouth or Cromer.

Grimbeard
Newquey Cornwall for sea side... Is now a horrible place, used to love it but now it's full of 16 year olds celebrating their GCSEs by drinking cheap cider.and falling over. Looe in Cornwall is marvellous.
