RD on last Monday's phone-in? There was money available...meaning the Brayford money. But part of it was paid to Crewe, part of it covered Smith's loan fee and Clough didn't think what was left was enough to improve the current squad. Don't misquote people. There is a point and here's my point....time to get a decent amount of training in with his new team mates, make the move down here and get settled in. A 93 day loan would take us into January nowI don't see the need for anyone at the moment. Centre back is sorted. And we can't have 3 loanees in the back four. Play on...... Is centre back sorted? I refuse to count Barker and O'Brien as part of the squad until they have got and stayed fit for a reasonable amount of time. Gjokaj can't get a game even when we are down to bare bones we loan one in. Keogh and Buxton haven't exactly had a good season and we have Whitbread on loan that is apparently prone to injury.
