I've not seen that comment from him He did say that we had to sell or loan players before we could bring anyone in. This was prior to Tyson and O'connor going. I refuse to count Barker and O'Brien as part of the squad until they have got and stayed fit for a reasonable amount of time. Gjokaj can't get a game even when we are down to bare bones we loan one in. Keogh and Buxton haven't exactly had a good season and we have Whitbread on loan that is apparently prone to injury. Keane on loan with a view to a permanent would suit me just fine Whitbread seemed ok to me v Leeds Keogh also played ok Which puts buxton in reserve with gjokai and o'brien still to come back I doubt whether keane is available otherwise leicester would surely have bought him. If we want better than whitbread, then brett plonker wilson will need to stump up £1m and lets get shackell back.
