I feel like I remember this, but maybe I'm wrong, was their a top sprinter that had such a low IQ, he could compete at the Paralympics?

probably, there is a paralympic class for people with an iq of under 70... however i think they also have to display other problems, e.g.. communication issues, autism etc

The name that kept coming into my head was Michael Johnson, but I knew that was ridiculous because he's regularly being interviewed or working as a pundit and has always been very coherent & intelligent.

 

I'm 90% sure the guy I'm looking for is actually Ben Johnson, I just need to find something now that says he could have competed at a different games.
