CumbrianRam
MOTD will resume on Saturday, 17 August. Presenter Gary Lineker will be joined in the studio by Alan Shearer, Alan Hansen and a range of new faces, including Vialli, Gus Poyet, Robbie Fowler, Les Ferdinand, Michael Owen and Robbie Savage. Shame the Welsh one that shall not be mentioned is still there. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/23519944
Pearl Ram
It'll be nice if get's the elbow from 5live as well, thinks he's funny with some of his oneliners but just comes across as a bit of an idiot to me. * Put an idiot because I didn't want to put bellend in case it offended anybody. Day
I like Lawrenson, sorry if that goes against popular opinion. I also like Hanson.
BorneoRam
I like Lawrenson, sorry if that goes against popular opinion. I also like Hanson. Not sure I'd admit to that

Leicester Ram
Just seems weird for them not to be on it, I've grown up with those two and Gary always doing MOTD. I'm still coming to terms with Lee Dixon being on ITV, how am I supposed to cope without Lawro?
abertawe_ram
I don't mind Lawro, I would've much rather Alan Shearer got booted off instead. Don't like the sound of Fowler being on it either he's got an accent ten times worse than Sav.
uttoxram75
I find lawro's hair, tache and shirts offensive so i'm in.
Alph
I don't like Lawro. Bit arrogant and he took the pi55 out of us when we played Leeds. Hansen is the man. He pulls out defensive mistakes in even the most wonderfully worked goal. And he's the most fair. Like Fowler and Owen too
Alph
Plus Lawro always says that the PL is the proving ground. He's the sort of bloke that asks if Messi would be good on a cold Tuesday night in Stoke.

ladyram
I find lawro's hair, tache and shirts offensive so i'm in. Oh man, that hair! And Linekar ought to lend him a shirt, cos they're rather nice. I reckon him & Shearer have the same tailor.
Oxram
Im sure Lawrenson was one of the lazy ones that just say the Derby player or the Burton player like learning the names of players outside the Prem was beneath him. Really used to wind me up how he would relate a Watford player to Lampard or someone and that would be the only player name he'd say all game. Shuff264
I thought he was on a ridiculous salary anyway? Something around 6 figures if I recall correctly Hanson was on £40k per show, dont know what Lawro was on
