DCFCfranco
Get your hands on Derby County's brand new home kit later this week. Derby County's brand new home kit for the 2013-14 season will go on sale later this week, as planned. The kit was due to go on sale on Friday 5th July 2013 but a delay, due to unforeseen circumstances, saw the launch date put back to Friday 12th July 2013. The new shirt is priced at £35 for juniors and £45 for adults and names and numbers can be printed on the back at an additional cost, although Derby’s 2013-14 squad numbers are still to be confirmed. Shorts are also available from £17 and socks priced from £8, whilst long-sleeved shirts and mini kits can also be purchased. The home kit is available to purchase from the DCFCMEGASTORE at Pride Park Stadium, as well as online at dcfcmegastore.com. All supporters who have pre-ordered the new home kit to collect in-store at the DCFCMEGASTORE will be able to pick up their kit from 9am on Friday 12th July 2013 while postal orders are currently being dispatched. Produced by Derby’s kit manufacturers Kappa in what will be the second year of a partnership agreement that was announced last summer, the classic Kappa kombat fit strip is 100% polyester interlock with moisture wicking. The biggest change to the home strip for next season is the introduction of a collar, compared to the 2012-13 season design. Another new feature on the kit is a black panel across both sleeves and the back of the shirt. The Rams will continue to wear black shorts and white socks to complement the home shirt and will don the kit for the first time for their pre-season friendly against Bohemian on Saturday 13th July 2013. Derby will also be confirming brand new away and third kits later this summer so keep checking back to dcfc.co.uk for details on both kits in the coming weeks!
