Duracell
Have you lot really all missed Asanovic out? Or have I missed it in the bits I skipped? It's 11 different countries in the starting 11, so if you have Stimac, you can't have Asanovic.

eddie
My Welsh player, without a shadow of doubt, would be Terry Hennessey, and my England player would be Colin Todd, although my dad used to regale me with stories of the quality of Leon Leuty at centre half. I'll have a bit of a think.
inter politics
Didn't Taribo fly back to Africa or America or wherever his church was based, during the week, regularly miss training and only pitch up at the last minute for matches. And then played a blinder. He always reminded me of a fit Paul McGrath - never trained much but could always put in a fantastic performance McGrath could be your Republic representative

inter politics
Benny Feilhaber anyone? Haha John Harkes would be a better option (although not good enough) Same goes for Norwegians Bragstaad and Bohinen and all the rubbish French players

notts_ram
You haven't put in that geezer who got stopped at Spanish customs after a training break for having a false passport and was never to be seen again, sure he was from Argentina but purported he had EU citizenship

mozza
Rasiak can go in on the account of the fact he's good enough, Pesch can go in for the coffee cup! As for Peter Doherty, he played for Ireland at a time when the Irish team picked players from the whole of Ireland. If we're being technical, we can make him Northern Irish. Which frees up a spot from the Republic. Must have been a decent ROI player from the Clough era? Gerry Daly.. not from Clough era tho..

RodleyRam
Schnoor was a better left back than either Zavango or Camara in my opinion GK - Poom - Estonia RB - Laursen - Denmark CB - Stimac - Croatia CB - West - Nigeria LB - Schnoor - Germany RM - Eranio - Italy CM - Gemmil - Scotland CM - Idiakez - Spain LM - Kinkladze - Georgia CF - Bloomer - England CF - Wanchope - Costa Rica Subs Van der Laan - Netherlands McGrath - ROI Saunders - Wales Strupar - Belgium Rasiak - Poland Not a bad side - all they need is a couple of experienced championship performers and we'll finish in the top six for sure... Could Bloomer play with Wanchope? Could anyone play with Wanchope?
