OK as we have now to do, or moan about for a week...... all this 'Technical talk' about the problems of predicting games sets off the devils advocate in me, so for thoose bored, lets try to predict a points tally, a bit like the prediction league.....

1/ Points for the next 3 games.- Blackburn(h),then ipswich,pboro (a)

2/ Points for November - Pool/barnsley(h) millwal/palace (a) /brum (h)

3/ Points in December, up until Xmas ( so no Burnley) Cardiff(h) fester(a) weeds(h) brizzle(a), hull(h)

I think we're strong enough at home to pick up a few wins and away from home we'll try and get draws with the occasional 1 goal..

We're likely to go through with a similar record over the season of W 1 D 1 L 1 every 3 games..

We'll go on a good patch soon (5 games unbeaten W2 D 3 or W 3 D 2) but then we'll also have a poor patch of 0 wins in 5 (2 D 3 L) or someting similar..

In the end I'd be very suprised if we aren't far off a W 14 D 16 L 16 record or something similar..

I tend to agree with you - put bad run is usually December or January. If we can cut that out if a season we may slightly trouble to top 10
