Wonder who that fine specimen is...
Adam Idah on loan apparently

Now I reckon maybe 1-2 in both frees a fb and maybe another FW
if cash goes then another CB , FB and money for say Ladapo
-
Intrigued by both
fornah originally from Brighton , energy a runner strong has an absolute beast of a shot. Reminds me of a yaya toure type defensive but has the strength to drive through the midfield.
TJJ is a bit hit or miss when I’ve seen him he’s strong , does excellent link up has a bit of pace but not acceleration. seems to have had quite a few injuries. It’s a risk free signing if he’s crap he goes back , if he’s injured he goes back if he remains fit we might have a gem of a signing who is a free agent

Big trav = cockney rhyme = sav
= reveal yourself Robbie Savage 😯😂😂

I hope deadline day goes like this
Fornah
yiadom
sell cashin £3m + loan back
Fee paying prem loan for a young Cm/ 10
maybe try a bid for Langstaff or Ladapo
-
Tyrese fornah CM
yiadom RWB
Maybe a CAM or CF
Maybe both if we sell cashin
-
Apparently linked with a £1m bid If Cash goes not entirely sure how trustworthy it is.
6ft 2 Rotherham United CB ex Manchester City academy graduate

Thats my interpretation too. In that case we're snookered, whichever poor buggar takes over (assuming they do) they'll have ANOTHER rebuild to do next summer.
Looking at the squad
three goalkeepers- Vickers wildsmith loach
two RWBs ( x1 could play right back ) Ward Wilson
2LWB ( id say fozzy is more LB / CB these days) elder
4 CBs - Bradley Rooney cashin Nelson
5 Cms- sibley hourihane bird tommo smith
x2 wingers Barkhuizen NML
x1 CAM/fW - waghorn
x2 strikers - Collins Washington
that to me shouts 4-3-3 or 4-5-1

There seems to be confusion over whether money received can be reintroduced in to the squad. If we can reinvest then it pains may to say but we may need to flog Bird and Cashin, especially if we bring a new man in. Can't expect them to pull up trees without the chance to sign a couple of players.
In relation to appointing a new manager Clowes is in a pickle. He either has to go for a Moore, Wilder etc who play 3-5-2 and would pick up where Warne left off or go for an Evatt (ambitious i know) or Simpson and go for an easy on the eye appointment which contradicts our current squad.
We've had a shocker, roll on next season.
As far as I know it can’t be used on transfers but on infrastructure and balancing the books. So you have two options sell and not use or don’t sell hold on , go on a free but might risk a slap on the wrist from the efl for not generating the agreed income

DC was at moor farm this morning… take that how you will. IlL be honest the stuff I’m hearing right now isn’t good. It seems like the budget has been spent. No closer to signing any players. After last nights performance I must admit I’m very worried
Tbh Trav , I’d imagine that would be just a normal manager and board meeting. Maybe along the lines of you need to start getting the results together Paul or we’ll start seeing the attendances drop.
I don’t think Warne would be sacked but I could see him resigning say November or December if we’re say near the relegation zone or nowhere near the playoffs

Just had a painful few minutes watching the highlights from last night. It was actually worse then I remember. Bradley should have got a straight red card he looks so clumsy and no confidence at all. Tried to clear a ball by hoofing it at the back of smith. Someone next to me posited that they’re may be some dressing room division between a few senior players . I hate to guess but part of me thinks Bradley assumed he was becoming captain

He was free.
I don’t know if true but wasn’t Bradley injured a lot last season and being a taller slower CB that doesn’t bode well
-
Sonny Bradley has got to be one of the worst defenders I’ve ever seen play I remember him being fairly decent at Luton but he’s like a Claude davis Albentosa hybrid. The whole defence and midfield look totally inept. I bet Warne will be gone by Christmas if this carries on not sacked but Resign

This was dogs*** we need to change the system

Any rumours…..BT/Simmo/Beryl…..HELP 😬
Absolutely nothing. Tbh the availability is pretty bare.
the only ones that might be of interest ( opinion) are
Coburn - loan
Cosgrove- loan
Cox LB - free
Langstaff CM/CAM - free
Abdulah Ba - CDM/CM - loan Sunderland
lewis Bate CM - loan Leeds
kobi Mainoo CM - loan Man U
jebbison - CF - loan Sheffield United
Chem Campbell - loan AM Wolves
-
If will be interesting the selection today.
if certain players are left out due to interest elsewhere
Will Warne persist with the same formation or change it up.
-
I know it’s not the same but forest plan 3-4-3 that might potentially work for the players we have
JWS
CN SB EC
JW MB CH /LS CE
NML JC/ CW MW / TB
-
2-0 burton
then
0-1 Oxford
0-0 - fleetwood
-
-
I’d get off my high horse a change up the formation
4–3-3
wildsmith
Wilson Bradley or Nelson / cashin Forsyth
bird
hourihane smith
Ward Washington NML ( as a winger)
Vickers elder waghorn Collins Nelson brown Rooney
-
Hourihane- half interested motivated by u16 coach
bird
cashin
I think Paul’s comments are going to backfire

To be honest I know this wouldn’t be great but if accept £1.5-2m + a huge sell on like 50%
knowing brightons development of players you could be looking at a potential future sale of say £10-20m
